ABOUT THIS PEPTIDE

Pinealon is a short peptide made from three amino acids, Glu-Asp-Arg, often shortened to EDR. It comes from the Russian short-peptide bioregulator tradition and is usually discussed around brain aging, cognition, sleep rhythm, oxidative stress, and neuroprotection.

Pinealon is not a sleeping pill or stimulant. Community reports tend to be subtle and inconsistent. People mention sleep quality, vivid dreams, mental clarity, a calmer evening, or no obvious effect.

RECONSTITUTION (MIXING)

Each vial contains 20mg of Pinealon. Add 3mL of bacteriostatic water.

1. Draw up 300 units of bacteriostatic water in total.
2. Add it slowly down the inside wall of the vial.
3. Swirl gently until dissolved. Do not shake.

With this mix, 1 unit = about 0.067mg, or 67mcg, of Pinealon.

DOSING SCHEDULE

A cautious community-style starting point is 3 units (about 0.2mg) once daily. If tolerated, many short-cycle routines move toward 6-7.5 units (about 0.4-0.5mg) daily.

Simple starting protocol

• Days 1-3: 3 units each morning.
• If tolerated: 6-7.5 units each morning.
• Continue for 10-20 days, then stop and reassess.

Morning or early afternoon is the better first choice. Move it earlier if it causes vivid dreams or disrupted sleep.

1. Wipe the vial top with an alcohol swab.
2. Draw the dose using a small insulin syringe.
3. Inject slowly into belly or thigh fat.
4. Rotate sites.

SIDE EFFECTS AND CAUTIONS

Possible effects include headache, fatigue, vivid dreams, sleep changes, mood changes, dizziness, nausea, or injection-site irritation.

Use medical guidance with a seizure disorder, significant psychiatric or neurological history, pregnancy or breastfeeding, or a complex medication routine. Stop if sleep, mood, or neurological symptoms move in the wrong direction.

STORAGE

Keep the mixed vial refrigerated, cold, dry, and dark. Discard it if the solution becomes cloudy, changes color, develops particles, or looks contaminated.

Write the mixing date on the vial. Aim to use it within 4 weeks and do not stretch it past 6 weeks.
